Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.
  • Please ship return items to 443 N FM 908, Rockdale, TX 76567. 
  • Buyer pays return shipping. 
  • We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
  • We just do email receipts to stay green and help the environment, so we just ask you print your own, or leave a note with order number if returning anything!
  • Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.
  • Exchange Instructions

    Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. 

    Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for returned pre-orders.
